The Founding Story: A Tale of Two Friends
Our journey began with two friends from university who studied Nursing together and went on to work in various healthcare settings. Each of us took different paths, gaining unique skills and experiences along the way. Seeing a gap in NDIS and aged care services, we decided to come together to offer exceptional care directly in our clients’ homes. Our goal is to provide comfort and convenience with the highest standards of knowledge and care. Dhrumil (Dhru)
Director & Operational Manager
Meet Dhru, a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in diverse settings. From humble beginnings as a support worker to becoming a Registered Nurse, Dhru's combined experience in aged care, telehealth, cardiac, respiratory, and surgical settings, forensic and community mental health, and Emergency Department nursing – including paediatric emergency care – has equipped him with a unique understanding of the complexities of healthcare. His broad expertise has honed his decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, enabling him to thrive in high-pressure situations and provide holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients. As Director & Operational Manager, Dhru is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. His focus on staff education, clinical excellence, and reducing unnecessary hospital admissions ensures that clients receive the highest standard of care.
Darsh
Director & Service Manager
Darsh is an experienced Registered Nurse with extensive experience in aged care, home care, acute settings, and remote and rural healthcare. He later transitioned into Disability Services, becoming a Disability Service Manager. With in-depth knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Darsh crafts personalized support plans that empower clients to maximize their independence. A skilled communicator, Darsh collaborates seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, allied health professionals, and caregivers, to deliver high-quality, holistic care. His expertise in navigating complex support systems and funding ensures clients receive the best possible services, tailored to their unique needs.
