- SIL & SDA Vacancies
Finding the Right Home Is the First Decision, Not the Last
Don’t see a vacancy listed? That doesn’t mean we can’t help. We source homes across South East Queensland, often before they hit the market.
- Tell Us Where You're At
Every Housing Journey Starts Somewhere Different
Pick the one that sounds like you and we’ll show you what happens next.
I Need a Home Now
Discharge planned for next week? Current placement breaking down? We move fast. Tell us the brief and we’ll come back with real options, often within days.
I'm Planning Ahead
SDA application in progress, or just starting to think about what’s next? We’ll walk you through the options, the timelines, and what your funding can actually cover.
I'm Looking for Something Specific
A particular suburb, a single occupancy, ground floor, near family? Tell us the must-haves and we’ll check our network of SDA developers, landlords and community housing partners.
I've Been Let Down Before
We work with a lot of participants whose previous placements didn’t work out. No judgement, no rushing. Let’s understand what went wrong and build something that actually fits.
- EVERYDAY SUPPORT
Everyday Support, Backed By Clinical Oversight
Our SIL services are tailored to the participant, not packaged into a template. Supports may include:
24/7 Always On
Support across South East Queensland, because care doesn't follow a schedule.
- Household tasks and personal care
- Medication routines aligned with care plans
- Overnight support, sleepover or active
- Help with appointments and routines
- Skill building for independent living
Every shift is delivered by trained staff who know the participant, the plan and the people in their corner.
- Funding Made Simple
Two Funding Streams, One Clear Path Home
SIL covers the support you receive at home, the people, the hours, the everyday care that makes independent living possible. SDA covers the home itself, designed for participants with very high support needs or extreme functional impairment. They can run together, on their own, or alongside private rentals and community housing.
If you’re not sure which one fits your situation (or whether you’re funded for either), that’s a normal place to start. We’ll walk you through it.
- WHO IT'S FOR
Six Signs SIL Could Be the Right Fit
Most enquiries start with someone wondering if they’re the right fit. Here are the situations we hear about most. If one or several sounds like you, let’s chat.
- I have SIL funding or might be eligible
- I need regular or 24 hour support
- I'd like shared or supported accommodation
- I'm building daily living and life skills
- I'm transitioning out of hospital or a placement
- My situation is complex and I need a provider who gets it
- SUPPORT THAT FITS
Ready To Find The Right Home And Support?
Looking for an immediate vacancy, planning ahead, or working through a complex placement, our team is ready to walk through it with you.
- The Care Factor
Why We're Built for Complex Care
Most providers can describe their model in a brochure. Ours shows up in the everyday work. Here’s what that actually looks like.
01
Clinically Led from Day One
Our directors are registered nurses. Every placement begins with our clinical team in the home, understanding the environment before anyone else steps in.
02
Built Around the Person
We design supports around how each participant actually lives, observing routines and risks first, then bringing in the right team once foundations fit.
03
Leadership You Can Reach
Our directors stay close to the work. When you need a decision, you’re talking to someone who already knows the participant well.
04
Care That Holds It Together
From hospital discharges to housing transitions and conversations with Public Guardians, Trustees and allied health, we keep placements steady.

Frequently Asked Questions
Get clear, honest answers to the questions we hear most from the people we support and those who support them.
Can you handle complex care?
Yes, that’s the work we’re built for. Our model is clinically led, our directors are registered nurses, and we focus on participants whose situations need risk management, structure and clinical oversight. Complex is our default, not the exception.
No vacancy listed. Can you still help?
Not at all a dead end. Our public listings are a small slice of what we can access. We work with SDA developers, private landlords, real estate networks and community housing partners across South East Queensland, so we can usually source a home in the participant’s preferred location, often in a short timeframe.
How person-centred are you really?
Every plan starts with our clinical team observing the participant in their actual environment, understanding their routines, risks and preferences. Support workers come in only after the structure is built around the person. We don’t drop staff into a generic plan.
We've been let down before. How are you different?
We hear that a lot. Our directors stay on the floor, communication runs straight through to leadership, and we document everything. If something needs to be addressed, it gets addressed, not pushed down the line. Many of our participants came to us after services elsewhere had failed.
How fast can you start?
It depends on the situation. For urgent placements like hospital discharges or breaking down arrangements, we move fast and can often present real options within days. For planned moves, we’ll walk you through realistic timelines from the first conversation.
